Braden has been smiling since he was born; he actually came out of me with a smile on his face & looking around! More recently he has been showing more & more fun expressions and he definitely responds to his Mommy & Daddy :) I know the books say that infants cannot see past 10 inches and don't respond for like 2 months, but our lil guy is definitely beyond his age, or he's just proving the books wrong because he responds, laughs, giggles and of course does the occasional cry. Daddy went to hit a round of golf and Braden & I had some fun giggling & baby talking with each other :) I'm so in love with this little guy!! It's funny, I've wanted a baby for as long as I remember ~ my Mom says since I was about 2 years old when I had my first "baby doll", which is what I used to call my doll ~ so now that I actually have my live "baby doll" it just feels like a real dream come true and I just have to pinch myself at times to see if it's real! I love you Braden so very much!!
