oh, braden, how I just absolutely adore you!! you truly are my pride & joy and being your Mama is the best job in the whole entire WORLD!
he weighed in at his 5 month appt being 17.5 pounds!
I do not know where the time has gone, it seriously feels like just yesterday that I was in that delivery room delivering my sweet baby boy...but then on the flip side it feels like he's been our baby boy forever and I cannot imagine our lives without him!! he brings us sooooo much JOY!!
this month was another month full of "firsts" for our little family...now grab your cup 'o joe and read about the progress of our lil man!
- he had his first time at the pumpkin patch (not only one, but two different ones!)
- first hay ride
- his little voice started to be "his own lil voice" just after he turned 4 months old
- he LOVES to nurse WHILE sucking his thumb, interesting, yes.
- began using his knees to pull himself up
- grabs & eats his toesies!
- started guitar lessons with daddy :)
- began sitting up on his own, still working on mastering it, but he's doing great!
- grabs for toys all on his own (and everything else for that matter!)
- at 4.5 months he began sleeping in his crib all by himself...he has done great with it!...me not so much
- and last, but certainly not least, had his first Halloween festivities experience ...he was our lil lobster!
it's truly amazing to see this little boy develop and grow. he is amazing and we are so blessed to be his parents. as bitter-sweet as it is each month having him get older and older, he is sooooo much fun & I just love being at home with him. we spend much of our time at the parks around here and cruising around town! enjoy our fun video :)
