I know, I feel like a broken record every month as Braden gets one month older...but I seriously cannot believe how fast the time is FLYING by!!!
This past month was wonderful and again full of firsts for our little man. We enjoyed many Christmas events ~ he went to his first Winter Wonderland, first Riley Christmas Party, first time to Vine Street, first time to Americana where he got to see snow (fake, but at least he got to see some!), first time playing in the sand at the beach, first trolly ride, first bike ride, first big boy bath and best and most cherished of all his First Christmas! It has been so fun seeing Braden growing up and seeing him learn to do more things. He LOVES to stand...we have set him up along the side of the couch and he can totally stand all by himself, he can't pull himself up by himself to stand yet, but he loves to be mobile! He moves all over the place on the floor, but doesn't quite crawl yet, although you can tell he knows exactly what he needs to do and has gotten very close to moving that leg in front of the other!...perhaps he will never crawl maybe he will go straight to standing/walking! He can scoot himself all around the floor, but only around in circles and side to side...no actual "crawling" yet. He LOVES to jump too! If you hold him and say "jump" he starts to jump and LOVES it! He rocks back and forth all the time, but anytime one of us is holding him and we go to sit him down, he insists on standing. He can walk with our fingers, a little wobbly, but he does it! He motions for what he wants now ~ for instance, if he would like to be picked up, he lifts his arms up. He just began eating solids on NYE, added to a memorable NYE :) He LOVES to talk. He LOVES the park, he has finally gotten to get out of the stroller and enjoy some for himself. He LOVES to play with other kids and is very good at just hanging out with other little ones. He is full of life and character. He definitely has an adorable personality and he is full of joy! He is getting lots of hair, and we have had fun spiking it. He is our little munchkin that we just absolutely adore.
