Life in the Moore household has been unbelievably crazy!! I feel like someone hit the fast forward button and has yet to release it! Whoever said that stay at home moms sit and eat bon-bons was apparently never a stay at home Mom!!!
Braden is SO much fun and keeps me SO busy! We have gotten plugged in with an awesome group of friends up here in Paso and keep our weekdays busy with fun hikes, walks, swim time, beach days, avila barn, etc. I can't begin to put into words how neat it is watching my son grow up - it is unbelievably bittersweet and such a miracle. He is truly a blessing and just lights up our lives more than I ever imagined possible. It's a good thing that my husband has some say in how many kids we have because if it were up to me we would have a herd full!!! I continually find myself counting my blessings that I can be home with him, I honestly cannot imagine not being able to be the one that raises him. He does something new each day and he totally mimicks what you do - to try to do it himself.

Please excuse this beyond ridiculous long post, but this is what has been going on with us for the past however long we have been MIA :) I had most of these posts saved in "drafts" and have been reluctant to post until we blocked our blog - so here goes. I'm sure this will bore most of you, but hopefully the pics keep you somewhat entertained!

HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY BUBBA BALUE!
Celebrating our lil one year old! I love birthdays and I love to drag it out for more than just the "day of" someones actual day...so we started Braden's before the month of June even broke! For me it was fun planning a few different celebrations to have for Braden throughout the week and then one with our best friends on the Saturday following his birthday. He got his first taste of real cake, which was made from scratch by his Mama. It was SO fun baking up these tasty treats (did I mention I was up until 2:30AM - I am SO OCD when it comes to baking!!) and a very generous local bakery owner shared her TO DIE FOR frosting recipe!!! We had many fabulous celebrations and we thank all our dear family & friends that sent amazing cards/gifts, etc. And Diane, a VERY SPECIAL thank YOU for the beautiful chocolates you made in honor of our little guy :) You are the best!!
Of course we have a video - but it's not done yet, so we'll post soon. Yea, I'm a bit behind, sorry!
When Braden was just a little guy my sister made up a song that she sings & dances to for him and it's called Bubba Balue. There are more Bubba's out there than I care to count, so we don't use it too often - if we do it is always accompanied by the Balue part...to make him more unique than the average Bubba :) Hahaha!
We will post pics as soon as we get some from his 1st party - sorry :(
Here are some fun pics from our park party on the day of Braden's birthday. It was SO much fun and he is so cute with his friends! He is actually a little clown and I just love watching him interact with the other little ones!

My Big Boy Drinking His First Bottle of Milk
<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>
Daddy's got air!
Our best friends just bought a new boat and the boys are definitely having fun with it! With us being gone so much on the weekends lately we have yet to take Braden on it this summer, but definitely soon!! Braden went on one of our other dear friends boats last summer when he was only 3 months old.
We just got him his first life vest and are excited to get him in the water!
He is at the pool almost daily and loves it!

Britt & Cody
Congrats! Congrats! Congrats! to the absolutely stunning couple. I am so beyond happy for my sister and her hubby, Cody. I could not have asked for a better brother, he is simply awesome and truly complements her as a partner. They were high school sweethearts, dated for about 4 years and then broke up so they could experience the real world. They started dating again back in the fall and didn't waste any time as Cody proposed by February. They are amazing and it is awesome to share married life with my very best girlfriend.
Their wedding was the best celebration Jesse & I had ever been to (besides our own wedding of course :)!! We will be posting pics very soon as we receive them from the photographer. Braden was quite the showman and I do not think one person missed acknowledging him!! He was definitely the Bride's little star. He sat in my arms the entire ceremony up at the alter and didn't make a peep, he crashed in his stroller just after 9pm and slept straight through the night with having to be put in the car when we left and then in bed when we were home. He was our little trooper and did awesome. And I can't believe I'm forgetting to share how stinkin' cute he looked!! He was our little prince charmer and I can't wait to post pics of his adorable little gettup!

Visit from Auntie Tai!!!!

One of my besties from childhood came up for a visit this past weekend with her boyfriend. What a treat it was knowing that she was only minutes from our house ALL WEEKEND! :) She never used to want kids until she met Braden soon after he was born, now she is hooked :) We had such a great time catching up and Braden had a great time playing with Auntie Tai.
Thanks for visiting, we hope you come back soon! xoxo

Visit from Auntie Tai!!!!
MOTHERS DAY I had such a great official 1st Mother's Day :)
I LOVED being with my boys
I LOVED having a day full of memories; for starters, Braden did a manlike fart during church - and of course it was when it was completely silent and yes, everyone heard it...we couldn't help but to bust up laughing
I LOVED my hubby being crafty and having Braden make a stepping stone for his wifey - with his footprints in it :)
I LOVED homemade breakfast (my favorite meal of the day!) from my amazing man
I LOVED lunch at my favorite local spot
I LOVED my "love it" treat from Cold Stones
I LOVED snuggling with my lil man, as he didn't want to go to sleep, but wanted to snuggle
I LOVED being LOVED by my sweet boys that I would never trade for anything in the world! Thank YOU love for a wonderful day!
...I do have a few pics, which I will post ASAP; they are on our other laptop!
