So, the past 2-3 weeks Braden's vocabulary has just totally taken off!...he tries to say EVERYTHING we say and although it may not be "perfected" yet, he is trying so hard to say & learn everything!!! We have so much fun watching this little dude grow into such an amazing little boy...he has such a soft heart, gives lovies constantly & is such a joy to be around. The past 6 weeks or so we have definitely had to start the "disciplining" in our home, he gets 3 chances and yes, he will push it at times, but he is learning so wonderfully & doing such a great job at listening to his Mommy & Daddy. We are so proud of him!! Jess the other night was saying how weird it is since we talked years ago about our vision of the perfect disciplining - and now we are living it. My goal is just to be consistent & to not raise my voice - and thanks to my dear friend, Steph, for the 1-2-3 Magic! We have yet to do time-outs, although I believe that time is nearing, but I am not looking forward to it. And yes, we are all for spanking, although we have yet to need to do that either - and that I am very much NOT looking forward to.
