Week 21We had our 2nd ultrasound yesterday!!! It was truly AMAZING!!! Work has been super stressful for me ~ always is in January getting all the financials together for our members...however, this lil one put everything back into perspective! It is 15 ounces big ~ you would think it would be at least 2x that size by the way I'm growing, but no, still a lil munchkin :)
We got to see it's face ~ up close & personal, however not enough so to see if it takes after his/her Mommy or Daddy :) It really likes to suck its hand ~ most the time it was trying to put the whole fist in its mouth!! Pretty darn cute. The doctor couldn't believe how active it is, apparently we best get prepared as this one will keep us on our toes! Baby is completely healthy ~ heart, brain development, etc. We CANNOT wait to meet this lil gem...we fall more & more in love everyday.
We are excited to get away with our dear friends to Tahoe for a little bit ~ there will be 3 of us that are prego & one that is not ~ hopefully we will not drive everyone crazy with our maternity chat :)
